Lead-Free Ferroelectric/Piezoelectric Ceramics
Ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials play an important role in various kinds of modern electronic devices, such as sensors, transducers and piezoelectric actuators. From the viewpoint of environmental protection on the earth, high-performance lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are one of urgent demands, which have stimulated huge amounts of related materials research in past decades. From 2007, the symposium on Lead-Free Piezoelectric Ceramics had been held in CICC for several times, which attracted many worldwide participants. To continuously provide an important platform in CICC for disseminating the recent research progress in lead-free ferroelectric/piezoelectric ceramics, we are pleased to organize the Lead-Free Ferroelectric/Piezoelectric symposium at CICC-12. Following are tentative symposium topics for this symposium, and all other contributions related to Pb-free piezoelectric ceramics are also welcome. We are planning to invite some professional scientists in this symposium, and your active participation is cordially welcome.

Focused topics:
M01 Fundamentals of lead-free ferroelectrics and piezoelectrics
M02 New lead-free piezoelectrics
M03 Lead-free piezoelectric thin/thick films and composites.
M04 Advances in Processing techniques of high-performance lead-free piezoelectric ceramics
M05 Characterization techniques and property-structure relationship studies
M06 Applications of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.
