Perovskites for Solar Cells, LEDs, and Other Applications

While metal halide perovskites have been a relatively new entrant both in photovoltaic and light-emitting-diode areas, their sky-rocketing efficiencies and state-of-the-art optoelectronic properties have turned on the spotlight. This meeting aiming to bring together the experts in these fields, will look at various aspects of halide perovskites and discuss topics ranging from the materials’ fundamental properties, and their applications in thin film solar cells, light-emitting diodes and other optoelectronic devices. We will cover the aspects of materials, device engineering for improved efficiency and stability. We hope this will bring forth the advances made as well as the problems that still limit their applications.
